Customer terms

If you are customizing devices on behalf of a client, they must agree to the terms and conditions. Otherwise, the profile will not be applied to devices. If you are the end customer and you are customizing devices that will be deployed to your employees, you can skip the steps below.

  1. Select Customizing devices on behalf of another company (your client).
  2.  Fill in the required information.
    • Legal representative —The person who is authorized to sign off the contract on behalf of a client company.
    • Position — The legal representative’s position in the company.
    • Email — The email address of legal representative. The system will send an email with a legal letter to accept the Customer Terms.
    • Product name — The purpose of the customized device (e.g. entertainment console, digital signage)
  3. Click Show customer terms to see the Customer Terms that the client company must agree to before devices can be customized.
  4. Click Show confirmation email to view the message that will be sent to the client company with information about the Customer Terms.

EULA (Optional)

If necessary, provide End User License Agreement information in the EULA title and EULA text fields. Once you've submitted your profile for approval, you can't change the EULA information.
