Overview

To get started with Customization Configurator:

1. Get Knox License Management (KLM) development licenses.
2. Get access to the Knox Customization Configurator Portal.
3. Add licenses to your profile.
4. Upload Device ID information.
5. Upload any apps that you want to add to the Knox Customization Configurator profile.
6. Create a profile with settings that you want to push to your devices.
7. Associate devices with the profile and submit information for approval.
8. After a Samsung Admin has approved the device information, turn on the device for the first time and connect it to Wi-Fi.
9. The Customization Configurator server verifies the Device ID, installs an agent on the device, and pushes the profile you created in Step 6.
