For end users
During the device enrollment process, end users can contact the System Integrator or IT admin if they have any issues. The support email address and/or phone number is shown on the initial enrollment screen.
End users can also contact the Samsung Admin. After they fill out a web form that's prepopulated with the device IMEI and Serial Number, a support ticket is automatically created to help with issue tracking.
