Applications & content

• Select files to save in the Contents folder — Upload specific content, such as video, music, or digital books to the Content folder on the device.
• Add contacts — Upload a VCF file with contact information that you want to add to the device.
• Disable other applications — Enter the package name of other applications that you want to disable.
• Block applications from unknown sources — Prevent the user from installing apps from sources other than the Google Play store.
• Prevent applications from being uninstalled — Enter the package name of applications that you don't want the end user to uninstall.

Application restrictions

• Applications black list — Upload a CSV with the package names of apps that you want to prevent the user from installing on the device.
• Applications whitelist —Upload a CSV with the package names of app that you want to allow users to install on the device. Once you set the whitelist, users can only install apps listed on the whitelist. Users can’t install apps that are not specified on the whitelist. This list will be updated whenever the device receives a Custom Configurator profile update.
