Knox Customization Configurator Troubleshooting Guide
This guide is designed for System Integrators and admins who are managing KNOX Customization Configurator (Custom Configurator) for an enterprise. This guide describes errors that may occur during the device enrollment process and how you can resolve these issues.
From the Devices table, click on the error code in the Status column to see the corresponding troubleshooting information in this guide.
See logs for each device
- From the Devices table, select a device.
- Go to Actions > View log.
- From the Device log page, you can also click Edit profile to make changes to the Customization profile that you attempted to push to the device.
