Error 4000013: The CSV file header is invalid

The first row of the CSV file is labeled with invalid information.

To troubleshoot

1. On the KNOX Customization Configurator, go to Actions > Upload devices.
2. Under the Device list file field, click Download sample CSV file.
3. Enter your device information into the sample file with the default headings.
4. Save and try uploading the CSV file again.
