Error 51010: Error with <Configuration item>

There is an error with a file or setting in your profile.

To troubleshoot

  1. On the Custom Configurator Portal, go to the Devices tab.
  2. Select the device that is experiencing the failure.
  3. Click Actions > View log. The log displays the content that is causing the error (e.g. <API name: addContentShortcutIcon>, <content file name: abc.jpg>).
  4. Review the configuration file or setting that is experiencing the error. Ensure that you’ve entered the correct file type or setting for that particular field.
  5. Factory reset the device and try enrolling it again.
