• Error 4002003: Invalid or duplicate devices in uploaded CSV file
• Error 4002000: Some devices are invalid
• Error 4002004: Invalid or duplicate devices detected
• Error 4012000: Incorrect IMEI or Serial Number
• Error 4000307 :The devices are already registered
• Error 4000308: The device is in an invalid state
• Error 4000013: The CSV file header is invalid
• Error 40000414: The CSV file is empty
• Error 4042000: The uploaded devices could not be found
• Error 0: Failed to register device
• Error 4041401: The device was not found

Error 4000308: The device is in an invalid state

The device can’t be enrolled, because it hasn’t been verified.

1. On the KNOX Customization Configurator Portal, click Devices to view the Status of the device that is experiencing the error. If the device is not in the Ready for Customization state so it can’t be enrolled in KNOX Customization Configurator.
2. Ensure that you’ve submitted the correct Proof of purchase information to verify device ownership.
3. After submitting this information, it will take several business days before a Samsung Admin can verify your information against the Purchase Order provided by your reseller.
