Error 4000308: The device is in an invalid state
The device can’t be enrolled, because it hasn’t been verified.
- On the KNOX Customization Configurator Portal, click Devices to view the Status of the device that is experiencing the error. If the device is not in the Ready for Customization state so it can’t be enrolled in KNOX Customization Configurator.
- Ensure that you’ve submitted the correct Proof of purchase information to verify device ownership.
- After submitting this information, it will take several business days before a Samsung Admin can verify your information against the Purchase Order provided by your reseller.
