Error 34702: License quantity exceeded
You don’t have enough licenses to enroll all of your devices. Go to the License tab and check the total quantity of licenses you have and the number of licenses that have already been activated.
- To get:
- A production license keys, email knoxcustom@samsung.com.
- A trial license keys, go to the License Keys page.
- Add your new license key:
- On the Custom Configurator console, go to Licenses > Actions > Upload licenses.
- Add a License name and enter the new License key.
- Click Upload.
- Associate the new license key with your device profile:
- Click the Profiles tab and open the profile with expired licenses.
- From the left pane, click Licenses.
- Select the license you’ve uploaded.
- Your license selection will be saved without requiring an additional confirmation button.
- Factory reset the device try enrolling it again by opening the device browser and going to https://custom.samsungknox.com.
