Error 13002: Invalid Device ID
The device ID (IMEI or serial number) isn’t registered in Custom Configurator. Please note that devices registered in the Samsung server must also be registered in Custom Configurator before the device can be enrolled.
This error may also occur if the IMEI or serial number is removed from Custom Configurator while the device is in the process of being enrolled.
To troubleshoot
- Launch the Custom Configurator Console and go to the Devices tab.
- Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the Device ID column.
- Enter the IMEI or serial number of the device that is experiencing the error. To find the IMEI or serial number of the device, go to Settings > About device > Status.
