Error 4000307 :The devices are already registered
The IMEIs or Serial Numbers that you have entered are already in KNOX Customization Configurator. If you are uploading devices with a CSV, identify the duplicate Device IDs:
To troubleshoot
- Open KNOX Customization Configurator and go to the Devices tab.
- Select all devices and go to Actions > Export to CSV.
- Open the CSV you just downloaded and the CSV that you tried to upload.
- Device IDs found on both spreadsheets indicate that you’ve tried to upload devices that are already in KNOX Customization Configurator.
- Remove the duplicate devices and try uploading your CSV again.
