Error 4000307 :The devices are already registered

The IMEIs or Serial Numbers that you have entered are already in KNOX Customization Configurator. If you are uploading devices with a CSV, identify the duplicate Device IDs:

To troubleshoot

  1. Open KNOX Customization Configurator and go to the Devices tab.
  2. Select all devices and go to Actions > Export to CSV.
  3. Open the CSV you just downloaded and the CSV that you tried to upload.
  4. Device IDs found on both spreadsheets indicate that you’ve tried to upload devices that are already in KNOX Customization Configurator.
  5. Remove the duplicate devices and try uploading your CSV again.
