Errors: 72402, 72502, 72605, 72606 Unable to enroll device

The device wasn’t able to connect to the Samsung server due to the following issues:

  • The device is connected to a network with firewall, proxy, or gateway settings that prevent the device from communicating with the Samsung server.
  • The network or Wi-Fi signal is unstable.
  • The device is unable to connect to the Samsung server.
  • There are too many devices attempting to connect to the Samsung network at the same time.

To troubleshoot

  1. Check if there is a firewall, proxy, or gateway setting that is preventing your device from connecting to the Samsung server.
  2. On the device, swipe down from the status bar and tap Wi-Fi to see if the connection is stable.
  3. Go to Settings > Mobile networks to see if network settings have been configured properly.
  4. If settings from Steps 1-3 are configured properly, wait a few hours and try enrolling the device again. Factory reset the device or open https://me.samsungknox.com on the device browser.
