Error 34203: License terminated

The Custom Configurator profile contains an invalid license key. Go to the License tab and check your KLM license status.

  1. To get:
    • A production license keys, email knoxcustom@samsung.com.
    • A trial license keys, go to the License Keys page.
  2. Add your new license key:
    1. On the Custom Configurator console, go to Licenses > Actions > Upload licenses.
    2. Add a License name and enter the new License key.
    3. Click Upload.
  3. Associate the new license key with your device profile:
    1. Click the Profiles tab and open the profile with expired licenses.
    2. From the left pane, click Licenses.
    3. Select the license you’ve uploaded.
    4. Your license selection will be saved without requiring an additional confirmation button.
  4. Factory reset the device try enrolling it again by opening the device browser and going to https://custom.samsungknox.com.
  5. If the problem persists, contact Samsung.
