Error 12000: Network error
The device can’t connect to the Samsung server while downloading the profile. There may be a firewall, proxy, or gateway preventing the device from communicating to the Samsung server. Your internet connection may also be unstable.
To troubleshoot
Ensure that your network environment isn’t preventing the device from connecting to the Samsung server. Check your proxy, or gateway settings:
- On the device, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Tap and hold the Wi-F network that your device is connected to.
- Tap Manage network settings.
- Select Show advanced options.
- Review the IP and Proxy settings.
- Save changes.
Contact your network admin for more information about potential firewall settings that could prevent your device from connecting to the Samsung server.
