Error 21004: Insufficient storage
The device doesn’t have enough storage space for the applications in the Custom Configurator profile.
To troubleshoot
- Check the available storage space on your device by going to Settings > System > Storage > Available Space.
- If the available space isn’t enough for the apps that the profile is installing, remove some apps or content:
- Tap Apps and long press the apps that you are trying to remove. Drag the app to the Remove icon at the top of the screen.
- Tap My Files or open Tools > My Files to navigate through the content on your device. Long press the files that you want to remove and select Delete.
