Error 4002004: Invalid or duplicate devices detected
The device that you are trying to upload has already been added to Custom Configurator.
To troubleshoot
- On the KNOX Customization Configurator Portal, go to Devices.
- Next to the Device ID column, click on the magnifying glass icon.
- Enter the IMEI or serial number of the device that you are trying to upload.
- If the IMEI or serial number can be found in the system, the device has already been uploaded. You don’t need to upload the device again.
